My Shoot with Suri

Why I Took This Shoot to the Pembrokeshire Coast - and a discount code for YOU at the end!

This shoot with SURI Toothbrushes felt a little different - in the best way.

When I was planning how I wanted to photograph SURI, I knew straight away I didn’t want a typical bathroom setup. The brand is rooted in sustainability, longevity, and thoughtful design, and for me that immediately connected back to the ocean and the landscapes I love shooting most.

So I packed my kit and headed to the Pembrokeshire Coast.

The soft ocean blues, muted greens, weathered rock, and ever-changing light felt like the perfect backdrop. There’s something grounding about shooting by the sea - it strips things back and reconnects me with why I fell in love with photography in the first place. The rhythm of the waves, the rugged textures, the calm-meets-wild energy… it all just made sense for this brand.

Visually, SURI fits beautifully into that world. The aluminium design picks up the coastal light so naturally, and the clean, minimal aesthetic works effortlessly against a raw, watery landscape. It felt less like styling a product and more like letting it exist in a place that aligns with its values.

Why SURI came with me to the coast

  • A gum-protecting pressure sensor (because gentler is better)

  • 4+ weeks of battery life - perfect for travel and slower living

  • A UV clean + charge travel case that keeps things fresh on the go

  • A magnetic mirror mount for a clean, uncluttered sink

  • Plant-based brush heads, recycled by SURI

  • A beautiful aluminium design made to last

Taking this shoot outdoors, into a space that inspires me, made the whole process feel more meaningful - and reminded me how powerful location can be when telling a brand story.
