Join photographers Emily Endean and Angela Nicholson, founder of the SheClicks community, for an inspiring 8-day women’s photography workshop on the beautiful island of Madeira.
This immersive retreat is designed to help you develop your photography while exploring one of Europe’s most dramatic and diverse landscapes - all within a supportive, welcoming community of like-minded women.
Whether you’re new to landscape photography or looking to refine your creative voice, this workshop blends expert guidance, unforgettable locations, and meaningful connection.
About the Experience
Over eight days, we’ll explore Madeira’s most breathtaking scenery - from dramatic volcanic coastlines and powerful waterfalls to misty laurel forests and mountain viewpoints above the clouds.
Based in Funchal throughout the trip, we’ll venture out daily to carefully chosen locations across the island, often timing our shoots for sunrise and sunset, when the light is at its most magical.
With Emily and Angela guiding you throughout the week, you’ll receive hands-on photography support, creative encouragement, and practical advice to help you get the most from every location - while growing in confidence behind the camera.
This is about more than photography. It’s about connection, creativity, and shared experiences, spending time with women who understand your love for photography in a truly inspiring setting.
All levels are welcome. Come solo or with a friend - you’ll leave feeling supported, inspired, and creatively recharged.
